Night Herons - Master JU4 Jug

Night herons are secretive, nocturnal birds that are rarely seen in the UK. But in 2017, one pair successfully bred in Somerset for the first time since records began, and hopes are high that more of these rare birds will be seen in the future. Kerry’s design changes as the jug is turned around with a solitary night heron on each side, still clearly visible as the sun sinks below the horizon setting their wetland world alight with its last fiery rays.
