The 1919 Works Framed Watercolour Print Print

In 2019, the incredible up-draught pottery bottle oven, part of Moorcroft Works, turned 100 years old.  Under its watchful guardianship, dreams have been fulfilled and raw Cornish clay has been transformed into fine art pottery.  In honour of our faithful, hardworking bottle oven that withstool thirty-seven years of firing and 100 years of dramatic weather (not forgetting the two lightening bolts of 1997), we brought you The 1919 Works model.

To mark the centenary in 2019, former Club Coordinator, Melanie Hancock, painted a wonderful watercolour of the factory.  A framed print of this watercolour is now available to order.
