On 5th November, the world celebrates the birth in 1864 of Margaret Macdonald Mackintosh. Margaret paved the way for female designers who follow in her footsteps, creating their own Art Nouveau inspired designs. Both designers Vicky Lovatt and Nicola Slaney pay homage to Margaret in their designs and her creativity lives on for a new generation to enjoy.
