Under the Star 869/4 Vase

Robin’s are solitary birds and so it is very unusual to find two of them indulging in foraging for red berries together. This Christmas, rivalry over whose patch of the garden the holly bush resides in is forgotten as both balance precariously on the holly leaves. Finding food on a frosty winter’s night is more important. Above them a golden star shines brightly giving a faint light to the midnight blue sky.
