Ozzy'S Christmas 46/2 Vase

The ceramic owl first came to the world’s attention on an episode of the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow in March 1990. He was acquired shortly afterwards by the museum to join the significant slipware collection and is one of the museum’s most iconic objects. Now dressed in a cheerful red party hat, his adorable round eyes are all ready to peep out of a Christmas stocking.
