Heritage Kiln 780/4 Tray
Heritage Open Days is England’s largest festival of history and culture. Every September events bring people together to celebrate community, history and heritage. This year, Moorcroft pays tribute to our iconic 1919 Grade II listed bottle oven, or kiln as it also called, on a design duo by Senior Designer Rachel Bishop. Framing this architectural gem are fans of blue cornflowers – a floral motif synonymous with the Arts and Crafts Movement, a style which founder William Moorcroft embraced when he first started his pottery design career in 1897. Each mug and coaster is impressed with a special Heritage Open Days backstamp.
